Thought bubbles

I spend most of my day staring at a screen, only to come home and spend more time staring at various screens. 
When not staring at a screen at work, I'm making things to go on screens. 
When walking, eating, in lifts etc, I'm generally looking at a smaller screen in my hand. 
I know this, yet part of me can't stop looking at screens. Is it time for a digital fast?
